Working on behalf of our client based in Chirk near Wrexham, we are recruiting for an Industrial Cleaning Team Leader on a permanent basis.Key DutiesActing as a working industrial cleaning Site Team Leader, carrying out hands-on cleaning duties including brushing floors, vacuuming oil, and general industrial cleaning tasksOverseeing a team of operatives on site, ensuring work is completed correctly, safely, and to the clients expectationsBeing the main point of contact on site for client, liaising directly with the clientCarrying out roof cleaning once per week. Including use of SkyVac systems with carbon fibre poles where required for cleaning the pilons and hard to reach areasEnsuring team members are deployed correctly and tasks are completed, including making sure specialist equipment is used when neededMaintaining health 'safety standards on site at all times (no paperwork responsibilities required)What We Are Looking For in the Successful CandidateCSCS Card (Health & Safety at Work qualification required can be provided by the client if needed)Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (cleaning experience not required)Comfortable leading a small team and being the main on-site contact for the clientWilling to be hands-on and work alongside the teamReliable, organised, and confident communicating on a live industrial siteNo paperwork or reporting experience requiredWhat Our Client Offers£18 per hourWorking hours 7:00am 4:30pmOccasional weekend work available at an uplifted rate20 days holiday per year + bank holidays offTPBN1_UKTJ
