We invite you to join the team at Duo Group where you will be sitebased at Plympton, Devon.About Us:Duo are already involved in interesting prestigious projects for example HS2 rail link and multi-million pound Turnkey projects in the quarrying sector for our blue chip clients.We will be shortly be commencing an industry leading, high profile Turnkey infrastructure project and we are actively building our team with the necessary skill and talent to progress this complex and interesting multi-million pound project. You will be working with a great team of people, based primarily on the project in Plympton, Devon. Company offices are in Stoke, Coventry, Exeter or Augher NI.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage all project documents in an accurate and easily accessible manner.Handling, scanning, storing and verification of all site Documents and orders efficientlyFiling and archiving all relevant Documentation in line with the Project and business requirementsUpdating and developing document registers and databases for retrieving of files in a professional formatProviding basic admin support to the site management team, daily office duties, ordering of plant, materials, consumables, printing, daily office management Maintain site records, meeting notes, induction records, supporting the Project and Commercial functionLiaise with the Client Document Control team to ensure Project and business compliance is adhered such as the use of 4Projects and other similar document control software systemsSkills and experience:Min of 5 years relevant Experience Excellent organisational skills and ability to complete multiple daily tasks in a timely mannerExcellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlinesProficient I.T. skills in word, Excel, outlook etcPrevious experience of document software such as 4Projects, SharePointAbility work on own initiativeTeam playerEnergy, enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitudePay and Benefits:Starting salary above industry standardsEnhanced Annual leave entitlementGenerous Health Plan ( after completion of probation period)Employer pensionOpportunities for training and developmentOpportunities for career progressionTPBN1_UKTJ
