The RoleSell robotic systems and end-to-end automation solutionsManage a pipeline of long-cycle capital equipment opportunitiesBalance reactive account activity with proactive new business developmentWork closely with internal technical and project teams to deliver proposalsTake ownership of system sales opportunities in the UKThis is not a pure product sales position. The focus is on system-level opportunities where sales process discipline and commercial drive are critical. Experience in system-selling is essential. What They’re Looking ForBackground in robotics, automation systems, or adjacent engineered solution salesAble to manage multiple (30+) live opportunities simultaneouslyStrong commercial instinct and willingness to proactively develop businessTechnically capable enough to hold credible conversations on robotics and automation implementationThe business does not require someone to be the most technical person in the room, but they must be confident in engaging customers and driving opportunities forward. You will be supported by a large technical team spread across the UK.
