JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are pleased to offer a new position for an Estates Assistant to join our dedicated Estates team, serving the Nottingham area on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.In this role, you will provide high-quality grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services across a varied portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include caring for lawns, shrubs, and plants, removing refuse, and maintaining internal communal areas in accordance with agreed standards, specifications, and timelines.As the representative of Guinness onsite, you will foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You will ensure access is maintained, report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and raise any safeguarding concerns.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an individual who brings both practical experience in estate maintenance and a proactive, service-oriented approach. You will be expected to demonstrate:Proven experience in grounds maintenance across a range of sites and garden typesStrong understanding of lawn, shrub, and plant careA history of delivering excellent customer servicePhysical capability to carry out tasks safely and effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamKnowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH and PPEA full UK driving licenceDesirable QualificationsAlthough not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent (RHS, City & Guilds, HND)PA1 and PA6 NPTC CertificatesTo apply, please review the Role Profile and submit your application along with a CV in either Word or PDF format.BenefitsHolidays:We offer 25 27 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays.
