Harvest Manager - Soft FruitCheshire£DOEAre you experienced in soft fruit harvesting and ready to take ownership of a large-scale, fast-paced operation?This is an opportunity to join a well-established soft fruit business supplying strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, operating across multiple sites with significant seasonal labour.What's the Job?As Harvest Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the harvest operation, working closely with production and packhouse teams to deliver quality, efficiency and consistency across a 7-day operation.Your responsibilities will include:Managing large harvest teams during peak seasonProducing harvest forecasts, labour plans and schedulesPlanning daily, weekly and short-term harvest activityManaging harvest logistics, quality and efficiencySetting picking rates and monitoring earningsWorking closely with production, husbandry and packhouse teamsWhat do I need?You could be an experienced Harvest Manager or a strong Supervisor ready for the next step.Minimum 2 years' experience in soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong planning, organisation and communication skillsComfortable working flexible hours in a 7-day operationRussian language skills advantageous but not essentialBenefitsEstablished soft fruit business with long-term investmentHigh-responsibility role with real impactOpportunity to develop within a growing operationCaravans available on site (at a cost)What's Next?Apply with your CV below.
