Locum SACT Pharmacist (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy)We are seeking an experienced Locum SACT Pharmacist to support oncology and haematology pharmacy services. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with proven SACT competency who can deliver safe, high-quality clinical screening and verification of systemic anti-cancer therapies while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary cancer team.Key ResponsibilitiesClinically screen and verify SACT prescriptions in line with approved protocolsProvide specialist pharmaceutical advice on oncology and haematology regimens and supportive therapiesSupport safe delivery of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatmentsWork closely with medical, nursing, and aseptic teams to resolve prescribing and treatment queriesEnsure compliance with SACT governance, safety, and regulatory standardsCounsel patients on SACT medicines and supportive care where requiredContribute to safe systems of work, incident reporting, and risk reductionSupport protocol adherence and best practice across cancer servicesExperience & Qualifications RequiredRegistered Pharmacist with the relevant regulatory bodyPost-registration hospital pharmacy experienceProven experience in oncology and/or haematology pharmacy servicesExperience screening and clinically verifying SACT prescriptionsApplication The position is available with an immediate start so apply now with a copy of your updated CV and one of our team will be in contact.
