This is an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of commercial, retail, domestic, and industrial projects while shaping your own career progression.What the Role Involves:Lead, oversee, and deliver multiple HVAC projects from inception to completionManage and support Trainee and Assistant Managers and SupervisorsInterpret and implement contract designs and construction drawingsLiaise with clients, architects, surveyors, and project teamsCoordinate specialist subcontractors and ensure high-quality workMonitor and enforce Health & Safety and CDM regulationsPrepare project reports, programmes, and progress updatesManage valuations, final accounts, and assist with tender preparationTrack project profitability and approve purchase invoices and timesheetsDrive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional customer careSupport the professional development of team membersWhat We're Looking For:Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Heating and VentilatingRelevant qualifications in F-Gas, Refrigeration, Mechanical, and Ductwork SystemsKnowledge of British Standards (BS EN) and CIBSE GuidesExperience with HVAC installations, fire dampers, and project managementStrong leadership, management, and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of JCT/NEC contractsConfident using IT systems, including Word, Excel, and project softwareUp-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and complianceSelf-motivated, proactive, and a team playerFull UK driving licence (minimum 6 months' post-test experience)Commitment to continuous improvement and professional standardsThis role requires an Enhanced DBS check and may include additional vettingWhy This Role?Competitive salary and departmental bonusesCompany vehicle with fuel card or allowanceCorporate clothing and employee profit share schemeGenerous holiday entitlement with extra days for long serviceAccess to health and wellbeing support, including mental health resourcesOpportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and career progressionPositive and supportive working environmentWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 17:15Friday: 07:45 – 16:45Full-time, 42 hours per week, with daily travel and occasional work away as requiredThis is your chance to lead, grow, and make a real impact on exciting HVAC projects.
