Finance Project ControllerSalary up to £50,000Our client is currently recruiting a Finance Project Controller /Project Controls Manager to join their specialist Civil Engineering contracting business. The company that the Project Controls Manager will be working for are a well-established Civil Engineering contractor, whom work on projects from conception through construction to project delivery. The companies' specialities span across a variety of different sectors including water and waste water, infrastructure and coastal protection. The Project Controls Manager will be working on a prestigious project in Hampshire.The Project Controls Manager will establish and maintain effective tools and systems to support project delivery & reporting, supporting the Project Director and other members of the Project Leadership Team. The ideal Project Controls Manager will be well adverse in delivering complex construction projects.Finance Project Controller Position RemunerationSalary - up to £50kCompany Car Allowance25 Days holiday + BHPension up to 10% matchPhoneBonusFinance Project Controller Position OverviewServe as a point of contact for pricing, cost control, planning/scheduling, document control, BIM and/or risk analysisProvide support to members of the construction management and commercial/QS team, in cost estimating, programming, risk management, resource forecasting, change management and document control including BIMProvide continuity between the cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverablesCo-ordinate production of Earned Valved analysis Effectively communicate with Joint Venture parties' in-house teams and with clients on project controls issuesLead project level reporting and the timely informing of management to drive complianceactivities and reporting.
