Fashion / Lifestyle BrandAre you a commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser ready for your next step - or an ambitious Junior Merchandiser looking to deepen your impact in a purpose-led brand?We're partnering with a values-driven fashion business to recruit a Junior Merchandiser who will play a key role in supporting trading, range planning and commercial decision-making across Consumer, Trade and Consignment channels.This is a brilliant opportunity to develop strong analytical capability while working closely with an experienced Merchandiser in a highly collaborative environment.The RoleReporting to the Merchandiser, you will support the delivery of accurate, insight-led reporting and analysis to drive trading and buying decisions across the business.You'll be instrumental in:?? Reporting & AnalysisOwning weekly sales and stock reportingProducing trading reports and analysing performance trendsIdentifying risks and opportunities across categories, channels and genderSupporting consumer and consignment sales analysisMaintaining product-level attributes for effective reporting?? In-Season TradingProviding analysis to inform markdown and promotional decisionsSupporting off-price trade packagesPartnering with Ecommerce and Marketing on pricing and product activityMonitoring stock risk and proactively suggesting trading actions??
