Conveyancer Residential PropertyMilton KeynesFull-time | Monday to FridayOffice-basedA well-established and growing Residential Conveyancing firm based in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.This role would suit a proactive conveyancer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is keen to develop professionally within a forward-thinking firm.The RoleYou will be responsible for handling your own conveyancing caseload while delivering a high standard of client care and ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. You will also work closely with colleagues to support team growth and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finishConducting fee-earning work in line with company procedures, CLC regulations, and Lender HandbooksMeeting exchange, completion, and billing targetsHandling files professionally and always in the best interests of clientsDealing with enquiries, reviewing searches, and reporting on title (freehold and leasehold)Drafting, reviewing, and agreeing contractsTaking client instructions and providing clear legal adviceManaging all financial aspects of transactionsExchanging contracts and completing mattersHandling leasehold matters, including reviewing leases and managing post-completion requirementsPreparing and submitting post-completion documentationEnsuring strict compliance with AML, GDPR, and internal proceduresUsing case management systems and other legal technology platformsSupporting junior team members through training and guidanceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with introducers and referrersAttending meetings, training, and events as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience working as a Conveyancer in a residential property environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, organised, and able to work under pressureStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesComfortable working independently while contributing to a teamRelevant legal qualification is advantageous but not essential if you have suitable experienceConfident using case management systems and legal technologyWilling to support team development and ongoing trainingWhats on OfferFull-time, permanent roleMonday to Friday working hoursSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity for ongoing development and progressionExposure to a varied and interesting residential caseloadJBRP1_UKTJ
