Our client is an established engineering company and due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of CNC Machinist to programme, set & operate 3 & 5 axis milling machinery at our client's busy factory near Heanor.Pay £38K - £48K Negotiable (depending on shift & experience) + OT + BenefitsThe Role:Reporting to the Team Leader the CNC Machinist will be responsible for the programming, setting and operating CNC machines (Mazak, Toyoda, DMG amongst others).Machining a wide range of large one off fabricated parts / components from various metals including stainless steels, titanium, aluminium, nickel alloys and carbon steels.Candidate:You will be an experienced CNC Machinist with at least 3 years experience in programming, setting or operating CNC machinery.You will be familiar with one or more of the following controls systems; Mazatrol, Siemens, Heidenhain or FanucWe will consider candidates with experience in programming setting, milling machines and /or lathes.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday days 39 hours + OT (Lunch time finish Friday)Various shifts available including days, nights and rotating shiftsBenefits:Excellent basic salary £38K - £50K + Overtime33 days annual leaveSick payPensionJBRP1_UKTJ
