Registered Manager - Children's Residential ServiceSeaham Area£50,269 - £54,495 (dependent on experience)£2,500 Temporary Recruitment & Retention Allowance£3,500 Temporary Market Supplement (paid monthly)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Registered Manager to lead a specialist short-break residential service for children and young people aged 5-17.This is a unique opportunity to lead a service focused on preventing children from entering care by delivering high-quality, planned short breaks and intensive family support. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can build resilience, develop strategies, and strengthen family relationships during times of crisis.As Registered Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and embedding a forward-thinking model of support that focuses on keeping families together wherever possible.About the ServiceThe service provides planned short breaks for children and young people who may otherwise be at risk of entering care.
