We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team, covering the Norfolk region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Intruder Alarm systems, with additional experience in Fire, CCTV, or Access Control systems being highly advantageous.Responsibilities:Service, maintain, and commission Intruder Alarm systems across multiple client sitesUndertake reactive callouts, fault-finding, and diagnosticsCarry out routine maintenance and preventative checks on Fire, CCTV, or Access Control systems (if applicable)Install and configure small-scale security systems when requiredComplete electronic job sheets, timesheets, and expense reports accurately and on timeProvide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport and mentor junior engineers when requiredEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety, technical, and environmental standardsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working orderExperience and Certifications Required:Proven experience servicing and maintaining Intruder Alarm systemsExperience with Fire, CCTV, or Access Control systemsStrong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage workload efficientlyFull UK manual driving licenceECS/CSCS card preferred but not essentialIPAF/PASMA and manufacturer training desirablePlease apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.JBRP1_UKTJ
