Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - UK Remote Working - £35k - £60k (OTE) We’re on the hunt for a results focused, proactive Sales Executive, with excellent communication skills, to join an international aesthetic training academy on a UK remote working basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well established organisation with further international growth plans, where there will be real opportunity for career progression. The role requires following up warm leads, guiding delegates through the training courses offered and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling. What’s on offer: This role is working Monday to Friday, on 8 hour shifts between 9.30am and 7pm, plus 1 Saturday in 3 (with a weekday off in lieu). Our client is offering a competitive basic up to £35k + realistic and achievable commission (£60k OTE), based on team and individual sales targets. The role of Sales Executive will include: Managing inbound and outbound enquiries to potential training delegatesProviding a professional, informative and consultative serviceIdentifying customer needs, clarifying options and providing tailored solutionsOffering guidance on course selection dates and career progression opportunitiesActively up-selling products when applicableEnsuring effective communication with delegates at all timesMaintaining all relevant documentation and accurate recordsWorking with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company’s brand And moreWhat we’re looking for: Previous experience in a telephone based sales / customer service role is essential Experience working within the aesthetics/beauty industry or education industry is sought in the first instanceDemonstrable success in a warm sales environment and a strong track record of achieving / over-achieving targetsResults driven and target motivated Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels Clear, articulate and eloquent telephone mannerActive listening skillsConfident, supportive and proactive natureDiligent and proactive natureIT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-task and manage time effectivelyInterested in this UK remote working Sales Executive role?
