In this role, you will work closely with nurses, senior carers, and the management team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssistingwith mobility and transfers using safe moving and handling techniques and equipmentPromoting residents comfort, independence, and overall wellbeingSupporting senior carers and the management team in delivering outstanding careRequirements:NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Minimum of1years experience within a care home settingA genuine passion for working in a caring environmentConfidence in supporting residents with personal care and mobility needsExperience supporting individuals living with dementia, confusion, or behavioural needsStrong communicationand teamwork skillsReliable, professional, and committed to continuous professional developmentIf you are passionate about making a real difference and providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
