Every service is underpinned by strong safeguarding practice, therapeutic approaches and a culture that places children at the heart of everything it does.About the HomeThe home supports 2 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) who may have experienced trauma, attachment disruption or instability. The focus is on providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment that promotes stability, healing and positive life progression - whether that leads to reunification, foster care or independent living.This structure allows you to focus on leadership, quality and outcomes rather than constant firefighting.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will provide strong, visible leadership and be responsible for the overall operation, compliance and performance of the home.
