Workshop Controller BathI am currently recruiting for an experiencedWorkshop Controlleron behalf of my well-established client based inBath.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong workshop experience, is passionate about delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, and has the ability to efficiently run a busy workshop while leading and motivating a team of technicians.The Role:As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring jobs are planned effectively, productivity targets are met, and high standards of work and customer care are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:Managing and organising workshop workflow to maximise efficiencyLeading, supporting, and motivating a team of techniciansEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescalesLiaising with service advisors to ensure clear communication and excellent customer satisfactionMonitoring productivity, quality control, and health 'safety standardsSupporting training and development within the workshop teamThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or similar roleStrong leadership and organisational skillsA hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressurePassionate about customer satisfaction and quality serviceConfident managing people, processes, and performanceIn return, my client offers a stable role within a respected and well-established business, along with a supportive working environment and opportunities for progression.
