Key Accountabilities and MeasuresAs Finance Manager Tax & Governance, you will play a key role across four core areas: Tax ComplianceYoull support or lead compliance across all areas of Group tax, including:Corporation taxVATCapital allowancesPlastics packaging taxR&D claimsCountry-by-country reporting (currently Australia and Ireland)Ad-hoc tax queries and legislative changes Governance & Internal ControlsYoull own the documentation and controls framework for the business, including:Mapping processes and completing risk assessmentsIdentifying risks and recommending control improvementsUpdating and maintaining internal control documentationWorking with teams across the organisation to understand real operational processes Cross-Functional CollaborationYoull work closely with:Supply ChainAccounts PayableWider Finance and operational teamsStrong relationships will help you stay ahead of business changes, ensuring tax and control impacts are managed effectively. Ad-Hoc ProjectsAs the business evolves, youll contribute to a range of projects that require a tax, governance or controls perspective, offering variety and exposure across different areas.
