They are seeking a Registered Manager who shares this ethos and is committed to delivering outstanding, trauma-informed care.The RoleAs the Registered Manager of a Solo/Dual Childrens Home, you will:Join an experienced Care Management Team alongside a number of other Registered Managers, including those managing solo or dual homes, and lead a team passionate about nurturing each childs potential.Lead, develop and support your team using a trauma-informed, child-centred care model that underpins all practice. Homes focus on emotional, physical, educational and social wellbeing to enable young people to thrive.Work closely with an established Therapeutic Team who provide advice, tools and guidance to embed nurturing, trauma-informed care.
