If so, wed love to hear from you.SCA Care is seeking a Driver / Community Enablerto support individuals attending services held at Chamberlayne Leisure Centre, helping them travel safely and engage positively in day centre and community activities.About the RoleSCA Care, part of the SCA Group, is dedicated to enhancing peoples lives through high-quality, values-driven care and support services. We provide a range of support including Day Services, Home Care, Specialist Care and community-based activities, always with a focus on independence, dignity and wellbeing.This combined role offers variety and purpose. You will be responsible for transporting people safely to and from Chamberlayne and supporting them during the day as a Community Enabler. A Transport Escort will be in place for all driving hours, ensuring passengers are supported at all times.There may also be opportunities to take on additional transport or day centre hours during the week, depending on service needs.Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:Safely transporting individuals to and from Chamberlayne and community locationsCompleting vehicle safety checks and following transport and safeguarding proceduresWorking in partnership with a Transport Escort during all driving dutiesSupporting individuals to take part in meaningful activities as a Community EnablerPromoting independence, inclusion and wellbeingBuilding positive, respectful relationships with the people we supportFollowing care plans, risk assessments and organisational policiesWhat Were Looking ForYoull be someone who is reliable, patient and passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling lives.
