Class 1 Driver (CE)Pure Staff have a exciting opportunity for an experienced and reliable Class 1 driver to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing, potential Temp to Perm basis. This is an position with our great customer based in the Tamworth area, with immediate starts available.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:UK Category CE licence held for a minimum of 2 yearsAt least 12 months Class 1 driving experienceNo more than 6 points on your licenceGood communication skillsGood knowledge of UK roadsFlexible and reliable working attitudeRole Details:Monday to FridayMidday 12:00 starts availableWill involve small amount of shunting in yard, and normally 2 drops per shift (All fork lifted off)10 hour shifts, normally finishing around 22:00Being in constant communication with the Warehouse and TransportDriving assessment (90 mins) to be completed before starting role, fully paidPay Rates for Class 1 driver in Tamworth:Monday - FridayDays (5am to 5pm): £16.50 per hour + £1.99ph holiday accrualNights (5pm to 5am): £17.50 per hour + £2.11ph holiday accrualFor more information on the role, please apply to the advert or call Frank form the Driving team on 0121 237 4840Your hourly pay rate is £16.50, and you will accrue £1.99 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave.
