Senior Paid Media ExecutiveManchester | £32-38k | Fashion BrandZachary Daniels are proud to partner with a fast-growing fast brand who are currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to drive performance across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).This is a hands-on role focused on delivering ROAS, CPA and revenue growth, managing budgets and scaling customer acquisition in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google AdsMonitor performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA and ROASBuild and maintain campaign structures, audiences, keywords and bidding strategiesDevelop and execute structured test-and-learn plansTranslate trading priorities (launches, seasonal drops, promotions) into channel plansCollaborate with Creative, E-commerce and CRM teams on performance-driven campaignsProduce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear optimisation actionsMonitor tracking, GA4, Shopify and product feedsSkills & Experience:3+ years' hands-on paid media experienceStrong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsProven experience managing budgets and achieving ROAS/CPA targetsStrong analytical and optimisation skillsFashion or e-commerce experience desirableBenefits:Competitive salaryStaff discount25 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunity to join a growing fashion brandJoin a lovely, collaborative in-house teamPlenty of progression opportunitiesIf you're a performance-driven Paid Media Executive ready to step into a senior role with real ownership and impact, apply now!BH35465JBRP1_UKTJ
