This highly regarded venue has been serving the local community for over 30 years, offering freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, light bites, seasonal specials and traditional tearoom favourites in a busy daytime setting.Due to the rural location and limited public transport links, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy kitchen team.
