Were supporting a specialistunlicensed medicines providerthat is expanding its commercial team and looking to appoint an experiencedBusiness Development Managerwith stronghospital-focused sales experience.This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across NHS and private hospital accounts, developing new opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships within the unlicensed and named-patient supply space.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a UK-wide sales strategy for unlicensed medicinesBuild and manage relationships with hospital pharmacy teams, procurement, and key clinical stakeholdersIdentify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accountsWork closely with internal procurement, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliant service deliveryMaintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting disciplineRepresent the business professionally within the UK healthcare marketIdeal backgroundProven B2B sales experience withinunlicensed medicinesor specialist pharmaceutical supplyStrong track record selling intoNHS and/or private hospitalsCommercially driven with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environmentsComfortable operating in a field-based, UK-wide roleStrong understanding of compliance, governance, and service-led salesPackage£60,000 £65,000 base salaryPerformance-related bonus25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysUK-wide, autonomous role with strong growth potentialJBRP1_UKTJ
