Our client, based in Royston is looking for a skilled individual with a strong attention to detail to join their busy and growing team.What youll be doingSet and operate CNC milling machines independently (Fanuc, Heidenhain, and/or HAAS)Follow CAM-generated programs, working from technical drawings and specificationsMachine bespoke, precision parts from metals and plasticsHandle challenging, one-off jobs requiring problem-solving and adaptabilityEnsure quality through visual inspections and support from our internal QA teamMaintain safe, tidy, and efficient working conditions in line with Health & Safety protocolsCollaborate with your team to deliver work on time and to a high standardWhat youll need5+ years of CNC machining experienceProven ability to set and operate mills independentlyExperience working with both metal and plastic materialsComfortable working under time pressure in a fast-paced prototyping environmentWhy join our clientOptional 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)A relaxed, supportive atmosphere where your skills are valuedJBRP1_UKTJ
