Asset Manager District Heating£70,000 plus excellent packageLondonMC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of district heating networks throughout the UK & beyond for the recruitment of an Asset Manager, to work a role based out of sites in London.As an Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work on existing & future District Heating projects, in a fast-expanding business.As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:Delivering mew energy projects during build & operational phases.Meeting with stakeholders & customers, maintaining good relationships.Identifying growth opportunities within the Districting Heating networks.Reporting to the Asset Director.Other duties as requiredTo be considered for this role you should have:Experience of contract negotiation & commercial & financial administration.Experience in cost control, financial modelling etc.The ability to drive strategic plans to drive business growthA strong background in district heating systems or related energy infrastructure projectsThis is a permanent position based in London; due to the requirement to visit customer sites from time to time you will need a full UK driving licence.The offer:A generous basic salary of up to £70,000Discretionary bonus25 days holidays plus BHMany other benefitsTo apply:If you are interested in this role please apply via the link below or contact Matt George at MC Technical Recruitment on 01489533030 / for a confidential chat.JBRP1_UKTJ
