About the RoleThe school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver:Phonics interventionsthey use the Little Wandle programme so experience of that would be great but not essentialEarly reading supportTargeted academic interventions across small SEND classes1:1 and small-group learning to help pupils make meaningful progressYoull work closely with teachers and the intervention team to provide structured, high-quality support tailored to individual needs.?? Ideal CandidateThis role suits someone who:Holds HLTA status or has equivalent experienceHas a primary teaching or support backgroundUnderstands phonics and early reading developmentIs comfortable working in a SEND environment with small class sizesBrings patience, consistency, and a nurturing approach??
