Composite Trimmer Motorsport Contract | OngoingDay & Night Shifts Available£22 £27 per hour (DOE 'shift pattern)The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Composite Trimmer to support ongoing motorsport programmes. This is acontract position with consistent work available on both day and night shifts.You will be responsible for the precision trimming, fitting and finishing of high-performance composite components, working to extremely tight tolerances in a fast-paced motorsport environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTrimming carbon fibre and composite components using hand tools and machineryFinishing, fettling and preparing parts to exacting motorsport standardsDrilling, bonding and fitting composite components where requiredWorking from engineering drawings and build instructionsCarrying out self-inspection to ensure parts meet quality standardsSupporting production to meet tight deadlines and build schedulesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirementsProven experience as a Composite Trimmer within Motorsport (essential)Strong understanding of composite materials and trimming techniquesAbility to work accurately to engineering drawings and specificationsHigh attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetComfortable working day or night shiftsImmediately available or short notice preferredContract DetailsRate: £22 £25 per hour (dependent on shift and experience)Shifts: Days & Nights availableContract: OngoingIR35: Outside IR35JBRP1_UKTJ
