With around 70 staff they are a social bunch and offer great benefits.The Audit Semi Senior / Senior will have :ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with proven audit experience in a practice environmentDemonstrable experience leading external audits, particularly under FRS102 standardsConfident communicator who can engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clientsOrganised, methodical, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilitySkilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience of IRIS Accountancy software considered advantageousAble to prioritise multiple demands and meet deadlines without compromising qualityFull UK driving licence and own car essential due to client visitsWhat will the Audit Semi Senior / Senior role involve?Leading, planning, and executing audit assignments from start to finish while ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit regulationsPreparing and finalising financial statements and tax computations with a high degree of accuracySetting objectives and supervising junior audit staff, including delivering on-the-job training and constructive feedbackManaging audit assignment budgets and meeting deadlines, balancing quality with efficiencyMaintaining clear communication with Business Advisors, Directors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and strong relationshipsTaking ownership for audit deliverables and contributing to continuous improvement within the audit functionJBRP1_UKTJ
