This is a brand new opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the business on a fully remote basis.This firm is genuinely transforming the conveyancing space combining strong leadership, smart use of technology, and a collaborative team culture. They are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident, commercially aware, and highly competent in handling complex residential matters, particularly Building Safety Act (BSA) work.Essential RequirementTo be considered for this role, you MUST:Have strong, recent experience handling Building Safety Act (BSA) mattersBe fully comfortable managing a caseload of BSA sales and purchase files independentlyThis is non-negotiable.
