They are one of London and the South East Leading RC Frame and Groundworks contractors.The RoleAn experienced Estimator is required for the RC Frames Division. The role will see you take up a key position within the business where you will play an important part in securing future workload.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for RC frame and associated works.Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.Measure quantities and build detailed cost plans.Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.Identify risks, value engineering opportunities and commercial drivers.Work closely with pre-construction, planning and commercial teams.Support bid submissions and attend tender meetings as required.Requirements:Proven experience estimating RC frame projects.Strong knowledge of concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement and associated civils.Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in estimating software and Excel.Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.JBRP1_UKTJ
