Location: New Milton, home working after trainingSalary: Paid on commission; high earning potential on a self-employed basis, OTE uncappedHours: Hours to suit on self-employed basis.Office based 4 days per week for initial training then after training 1 day per week office based and remote workingBenefits: Training provided to help broaden your systems experience; Home based role with flexible working and approximately one day per week in the office; Regular warm leads provided to complement your own client base; access to industry systems and full administrative. Compliance and IT supportAspire Jobs are working with a long standing and reputable brokerage that has been serving clients for over twenty years based in New Milton.They are seeking to recruit an ambitious and hungry Mortgage Advisor to work with a wide variety of clients, from first time buyers through to established business owners seeking commercial finance solutions.This role offers great earning potential and flexibility with home-based working (after training) and the chance to develop across both residential and commercial lending.They are FCA regulated and offer whole of market deals to their customers.This means you have more lending options open to you as a broker.They are tight knit team who are very supportive and friendly.You will be responsible for guiding clients through important funding decisions, helping them secure the right borrowing for their personal or business goals.The successful Mortgage Advisor will be joining a supportive business which encourages continuous personal development. In addition to your portfolio of clients, you will also benefit from receiving warm leads each month, enabling you to build a strong and sustainable pipeline. The role is self-employed with administrative support and offers significant earning potential for a motivated Mortgage Advisor.The successful Mortgage Advisor will have:-CeMAP qualification, 1, 2 & 3 is essentialMinimum 2-3 years experience within a similar roleAbility to work on a self-employed basis and attend the New Milton office once per week is essentialMust have own transport and be able to driveDrive and hungry to generate salesStrong customer service skills with the ability to build good working relationshipsIdeally, their own portfolio of clientsStrong experience of handling commercial or more complex cases is desirableHave a driving licence and own vehicleKey responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:To proactively generate new businessTo support and guide clients through the mortgage processTo liaise with mortgage lenders, solicitors and valuersTo encourage long term relationships with clients that increase additional lending or re-mortgaging opportunitiesJBRP1_UKTJ
