Injection Mould ToolmakerLocation:Stevenage, HertfordshireFull-time | PermanentPay: 35k 40k p/annumSourceCo Recruitment is currently working with a deep rooted precision engineering business who are looking to add an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker to their in-house toolroom.This is a hands on role within a modern, well equipped environment, supporting the manufacture, modification, and maintenance of high precision injection mould tools.The RoleYoull be involved in the full lifecycle of injection mould tools, including new manufacture, repair, modification, and preparation for production. Day to day duties will include:Manual milling and turningSurface and cylindrical grindingManual and CNC spark erosionCNC wire erosionManufacture, fitting, modification, and repair of injection mould toolsUse of hand tools for fitting and finishingWiring and fault-finding of hot runner systemsWorking to tight deadlines without compromising quality or safetyWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience as an Injection Mould ToolmakerStrong background in high precision machining, milling, grinding, and fittingExperience assembling, fitting, repairing, and modifying complex mould toolsComfortable working in a small team environmentGood communication skills and a proactive approachHours & Package:Monday to Friday 41.5 hours per weekOvertime available23 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pensionFlexible working where possibleOn-site parkingInterested?If youre an experienced Toolmaker looking for a stable, well-equipped workshop and varied technical work, wed love to hear from you.Apply today or get in touch for more information.JBRP1_UKTJ
