You will have the autonomy to shape how HSEQ is applied on the ground, adapting systems and controls to suit varied works while maintaining robust standards. If you enjoy being visible, trusted and accountable, and want a role where your decisions directly influence how work is planned, delivered and reviewed, then this is an opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.What You'll Be DoingOwning and leading the integrated HSEQ Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.Providing clear, practical HSEQ leadership across multiple live civils and infrastructure projects, supporting teams to apply controls proportionately and effectivelyBuilding and sustaining a positive safety culture through regular site engagement, coaching and consistent standardsManaging risk processes including RAMS, inspections, audits and incident investigations, ensuring learning is embedded and sharedDriving environmental and quality performance, including sustainability initiatives, compliance monitoring and ownership of key registers and KPIsWho you areYou are an experienced HSEQ leader who is comfortable taking accountability for outcomes in a complex, multi-site operation. You prefer working close to delivery teams, providing guidance that reflects real site conditions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. You are organised, pragmatic and confident in prioritising your time across competing demands.You'll have experience overseeing HSEQ across multiple sites and avaried project typesYou'll have practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systemsYou take pride in your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence behaviours positivelyYou've experience investigating incidents, analysing trends and translating insight into improvement actionsWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
