The main purpose of the Parts Advisor role is to ensure that the correct parts and accessories are supplied to the customer, as per the order. This is a superb opportunity for a Parts Advisor to work for a busy and well-established main dealer with fantastic brands.Parts Advisor ResponsibilitiesEnsuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional mannerLocating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliersAnswering customer enquiries accurately and promptlyProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate stock records and inventoriesEnsuring the parts store is kept tidy and organisedBuilding and maintaining relationships with suppliersParts Advisor RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role in the motor industryFull driving licenceGood knowledge of motor parts and accessoriesComputer literacy and working knowledge of databasesHow to ApplyIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for the motor industry, then this is the perfect role for you.
