Working closely with Sales, Engineering and Project Management teams, youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong technical and commercial understanding.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting technical system design and product specificationProducing system drawings, schematics and tender documentationAssisting Technical Project Managers with scopes of work, scheduling and planningWorkshop-based system testing and configurationPreparing documentation for Operations & Maintenance manualsProviding remote customer support where appropriateContributing to continuous improvement initiatives No two days will be the same this is a varied, hands-on role offering real career progression.About You - Technical Project Support:Were keen to hear from individuals who:Have previous AV or technical project experience (desirable but not essential with the right attitude)Have a genuine interest in technology, particularly AVEnjoy detail-oriented work and take pride in accuracyCommunicate clearly and confidentlyAre comfortable using MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD LT or similar software (training provided)Are flexible, proactive and willing to support the wider teamHold (or are working towards) AVIXA/InfoComm CTS, CEDIA or related accreditations (advantageous) Most importantly, youll be enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to grow.Whats On Offer as Technical Project Support:Competitive salaryWorkplace pension20 days holiday plus bank holidaysOngoing learning and development opportunitiesLaptop and mobile phoneBi - Annual BonusA supportive team environment with genuine career progressionThis company believes that when its people grow, the business grows.
