This is a stable, growing business in a future-focused sector with long-term investment and genuine career progression.The Package£45,000 rising to £47,500 after probation42 hours, MondayFridayOn-call rota (paid)Company pension, life assurance & health cash planSick pay & additional leave optionsLong-term stability in a growing renewable sectorThe RoleYoull support the safe and efficient operation of a food-waste AD facility, delivering:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Rapid breakdown response and fault findingElectrical testing, repair and installationMechanical maintenance (pumps, valves, rotating equipment)SCADA monitoring and process fault investigationContractor supervision and Permit-to-Work controlContinuous improvement and plant optimisationThis is not facilities maintenance.
