Maintenance Engineer - North Lincolnshire - £45,000About the companyWe are looking for a proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. You'll play a key role in ensuring plant, equipment, buildings and services operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with legislative and food safety standards.This is a hands-on role with strong involvement in planned preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and project delivery, working closely with operations and external contractors.Maintenance Engineer - The DetailsJob Type: Full-time, Perm4 on, 4 off shift Maintenance Engineer - RequirementsElectrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturingStrong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systemsGood understanding of Health & Safety and food manufacturing complianceAt least 3 years' experience in food or a closely related industryMaintenance Engineer - Responsibilities Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production and site equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on food processing and packaging machinerySupport equipment installations, upgrades, and engineering projectsEnsure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded and documentedPromote and comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety and Quality standardsSupport audits, inspections and loss prevention activitiesIdentify and implement opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and cost controlAbout UsDetail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
