As one of our Parts Advisors, you will liaise daily, with the external customers, workshop technicians, service, and sales teams. By working closely with these other departments and customers, we ensure customer lead time scales are always met.Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and other departments. Respond to internal and external parts enquiriesDeliver parts daily to the workshopPrepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and all relevant documentationHandle, protect and package parts and check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock partsWhat we need from you:Previous parts experience within the automotive sector is essentialPeugeot knowledge would be an advantageExcellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephoneComputer literate, including MS Office packagesHigh level of accuracy with excellent attention to detailA UK driving licence would be preferred; but not essentialWhat we are proud of:Norton Way Group has once again achievedGreat Place to Work Certificationin 2024.
