You will plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons, ensuring pupils make strong progress academically as well as in their personal, social, and emotional development. You will create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, and support pupils through the effective implementation of EHCP targets and behaviour plans. This role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a holistic approach to learning.
