Field Service Engineer - Thermoforming & Injection MouldingLocation: UK-wide (home-based)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + bonusesBenefits: Company car (personal use), expenses, tools, laptop, phoneWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business that specialises in the installation, service, and support of thermoforming and injection moulding machinery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to their UK team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working with advanced manufacturing equipment across a diverse customer base.The Role:Service, fault-find, and repair thermoforming and injection moulding machines at customer sitesCarry out planned maintenance, breakdown response, and commissioning workDiagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faultsInstall new machinery and provide customer training where requiredComplete service reports and maintain strong customer relationshipsTravel UK-wide with occasional overnight staysThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within thermoforming and/or injection mouldingStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsExperience working with PLCs (fault finding)Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing environmentFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer:£40,000 - £45,000 basic salaryBonuses and paid overtimeCompany car for personal useAll travel and overnight expenses coveredOngoing training and manufacturer supportLong-term career progression within a stable and growing businessIf you're an engineer with a background in plastics machinery and you're looking for a varied, hands-on field role, we'd love to speak with you.Apply now or contact us for a confidential discussion.JBRP1_UKTJ
