Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home (BH31 Area)Salary:Up to £47,000Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Company pension, on-site parking, ongoing professional developmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a small, nurturing childrens home supporting two children with complex emotional needs in the BH31 area.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care in line with the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Registered Manager in line with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015Provide strong, inspirational leadership to the staff teamEnsure high standards of emotional and physical care are consistently deliveredSafeguard and promote the welfare of all children in the homeEmbed and develop therapeutic, child-centred approaches including PACE/DDPMaintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and Quality StandardsRecruit, supervise, support and develop staffBuild strong partnerships to promote positive outcomes for childrenEnsure the Statement of Purpose remains accurate and embedded in practiceManage budgets, rotas, and on-call responsibilitiesLead quality assurance processes, audits, and service improvementsAbout YouYou will be a confident and resilient leader who is committed to improving the lives of children and young people.
