This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Engineering Supervisor – Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Engineers during your shiftOversee all planned and reactive maintenance activityEnsure minimal downtime and support production targetsDrive a proactive maintenance culture as an Engineering SupervisorSupport continuous improvement and engineering projectsMaintain site compliance with health 'safety and food safety standardsAct as the senior engineering contact on shift, escalating issues when neededEngineering Supervisor – Requirements:Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader roleBackground in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industryStrong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledgeConfident managing teams and leading from the frontFlexible to work rotating shifts or nights, depending on site structureIf you're interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
