This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the team, maintain high standards of care and education, and ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can truly thrive.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being present on the floor, values teamwork and is confident taking overall responsibility for the nursery.About the roleAs Nursery Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leadership, compliance and practice within the setting.
