This award-winning London studio is seeking a Project Architect or Senior Architect to help lead beautifully considered, socially meaningful projects from concept through delivery.Youll be trusted to run projects, shape design direction, and mentor junior team members, while still staying hands-on with architecture that genuinely matters. Youll be surrounded by like-minded professionals in a studio that values quality, clarity, and progression.This role would be perfect for an experienced Architect, Project Architect or Senior Architect with strong Revit skills and proven experience in large-scale Residential, Hotels or Student Accommodation projects.Package:Salary: £50,000 £55,000 per annum (DOE)Excellent Career progressionAnnual LeavePension ContributionsHybrid working 1 day each weekA creative, award-winning studio cultureRegular design reviews, studio events, talks, and social eventsOffice: LondonHours: Full-time, 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (1 day per week working from home)Duties:Take a hands-on lead role delivering large-scale projects across hospitality, student accommodation, and major residential developmentsDrive projects through technical design and delivery (RIBA Stages 45), including complex, high-rise residential schemesProduce, coordinate, and review detailed technical drawing packages to a high standardCoordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure buildable, well-resolved solutionsBe a confident client-facing lead, running meetings, responding to queries, and managing expectations throughout deliveryTake ownership of project programmes, deadlines, and quality controlProvide clear technical direction and mentor junior team members, supporting their developmentContribute to projects across all RIBA stages, from early design through to completionPlay an active role in design reviews, technical workshops, and studio-wide discussionsRequirements:Masters Qualified & ARB registered Architect7+ years professional experienceProven experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stagesExpert Revit capabilityConfident communicator with leadership presencePassion for design-led, socially impactful architectureIf youd like to hear more or just explore whether this could be the right next step, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.JBRP1_UKTJ
