We're on the lookout for a Tanker Driver Technician to join our growing team.More about the role:Drive vacuum tankers and carry out pumping, servicing, repair and cleaning of a wide range of tanks, bilges, compartments and ship systemsLead and organise staff on projects, ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsComplete all documentation accurately, including customer sign offs and maintain high cleanliness standards on customer sitesUndertake specialist cleaning, high pressure jet washing, confined space work and fire sentry duties when requiredEnsure compliance with waste management regulations, tanker driver regulations, PPE requirements and all Health & Safety proceduresLiaise with customers, support service engineers and uphold Marlin Environmental Services' standards at all timesQualificationsAbout you:Knowledge of ship systems is essentialExperienced in operating vacuum tankers, pressure washers and pumping systems, with strong practical skills and confidence using hand toolsKnowledgeable in confined space working, MAR pack procedures and specialist tank/bilge cleaning standardsGood understanding of ship systems and able to differentiate between survey, hot work and preservation cleaning requirementsHolds a valid HGV licence, ADR (if applicable) and CPCA strong team player with excellent communication, planning and organisational skillsReliable, safety focused, adaptable and able to maintain high attention to detail under pressureAdditional InformationAbout us:The Environmental & Engineering Group was established in 2023 as part of the merger of Marlin Environmental Services and Yellowstone Environmental Solutions.After 12 years of partnership working the businesses formed E&E group to provide additional internal support and to increase service levels for existing and new customers.Adler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
