This is a care role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred support as part of a team.You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional reassurance, ensuring the clients safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.The client has a learning disability and epilepsy, is non-verbal, and has sensory needs.
