CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR (PROGRESSION TO DIRECTOR)Hands-on building consultancy working across London and the SouthSector exposure: Commercial, residential, and industrial property.Chartered Building Surveyor (Progression to Director / Associate Director route) Setup / working patternMostly remote / autonomous role with full ownership of projects.Minimal office presence, but the successful person must be able to commute to West Malling once per week.Work is across London + the South,Salary / package£80,000 £95,000 (guide)Company bonus + clear progression pathwaysalary and benefits are negotiable, so there may be flexibility for the right person.This is an autonomous, mostly-remote Chartered Building Surveyor position where youll take full ownership of a varied portfolio across commercial and residential properties (with some exposure to industrial work), covering both professional services and project delivery. Day to day youll be leading inspections and surveys, producing high-quality reports, diagnosing defects, handling dilapidations work, managing party wall matters, and delivering contract administration on refurbishments and fit-out / improvement projects, while coordinating contractors and consultants and acting as the main point of contact for clients from instruction through to close-out.
