Executive Quantity Surveyor (Exec QS)Exeter (3 days/week) | Home (1-2 days/week) |£65,000 - £75,000 + Travel CoveredA highly regarded and exceptionally busy construction consultancy client is seeking an experienced Executive Quantity Surveyor to join their growing South West team. With a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure schemes and a healthy pipeline of secured work, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a consultancy that is both stable and expanding.The RoleThis position will ultimately be based out of the Bristol office (long-term), however the current live project requires 3 days per week on site in Exeter, with the remaining 1-2 days working from home. All travel to site is paid/covered.You will take a key commercial lead on a major battery energy storage scheme - a significant greenfield development spanning approximately 300 acres, including a 1.5km connection into the transmission substation.
