A mid-sized Accounting Practice located in Soho is recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Tax team.You'd be joining a well structured team of 7 in Private Client where your focus will predominantly be OMB clients, in a mixed advisory and compliance capacity. The Firm operates a flexible working policy of 3 days per week in the office.Your responsibilities will include:Managing your own portfolio of clients, managing WIP and billingBeing the main point of contact for your client list, HMRC and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance tasks are completed in timely mannerActively support in business development and marketing initiativesDeliver advice on a variety of Tax matters, working alongside Directors/Partner on more complex casesSupervise junior colleagues in the team; reviewing work and performance, coaching and delivering trainingYour experience:ACCA, ATT or CTA qualifiedExperience working with OMB clientsConfident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients/colleaguesReviewing work completed by junior colleaguesJBRP1_UKTJ
